He, however, stated that the absence of proper communication caused Nigeria to be sanctioned.<br /> <br /> He said the sanction by the US was for an ‘offence’ committed in 2017, adding that things had greatly improved and Nigeria would soon be delisted by the US.<br /> <br /> The source said, “The US Consul General was invited and they held a meeting on the issue. The meeting was held on Wednesday night. They made progress and another meeting has been fixed for next week.<br /> <br /> “The Minister of Interior, and the US Consul General were at the meeting. On the refusal to share information on security which the US accused us of, the Migration Information and Data Analysis System which have been activated at four of our international airports will take care of that. The Minister of Interior inaugurated it (MIDAS) since January 2020. It was just officially inaugurated by the President about three days ago.<br /> <br /> “They also asked us to be reporting lost/stolen passports to Interpol but do you know that a platform for reporting that had been done but was not activated.  That is unfortunate. It has been done but not activated, so the US did not agree that we have done it.<br /> <br /> “The consular also advised that there should be proper, official and effective communication. The US said it was not enough for us to deploy MIDAS but we should communicate officially to them.”<br /> <br /> He said with the activation of MIDAS, biometrics data of anyone who entered Nigeria would be taken at the airport, saying such would alert the Interpol should such person coming in is a terrorist or has criminal records.<br /> <br /> Speaking further, he added, “Now that we have activated MIDAS, if anybody buys a ticket from any part of the world to come to Nigeria, their data is sent immediately to Interpol. You know it is mandatory for airlines to request for passport data page before selling a ticket to a traveller.<br /> <br /> “If we didn’t deploy MIDAS before the take-off of visa-on-arrival, all the terrorists in the world will come to Nigeria. So, MIDAS was activated before visa-on-arrival was inaugurated.<br /> <br /> “Most of the issues raised by the US had been addressed but you know most Nigerians won’t act until we are sanctioned.  The visa restriction for immigrant is a punishment for 2017 offence.<br /> <br /> “The way those people (US) do things is different from ours. Once you are given a deadline, you do not meet it, and you did not notify them ahead of the reasons why you would not meet the deadline, even if you do it a day after, they will consider it undone. That is what happened in this case.<br /> <br /> “In 2018, the US granted over 460,000 non-immigrant visas to Nigerians. The figure for 2019 has not been released. They still issue visas to Nigerians whereas the immigrant visas granted to Nigerians in the same year was about 5,000.<br /> <br /> “The restriction is not as serious as it is being made to appear. Even despite that, the issues raised have been addressed. It means that immigrant visa is about five per cent of the visa which the US grants to Nigerians.<br /> <br /> “The visa ban is more about denting Nigeria’s image than the actual damage. The problem of visa ban by the US was caused by the absence of proper communication and meeting deadline. It was not because we didn’t do what we were supposed to do.<br /> <br /> “But this ban is about politics more than anything. The US will not say that and our government will not also say it. But all of them know that it is about using it to boost the rating of Donald Trump ahead of the election.’’<br /> <br /> He noted that Trump intended to use the ban to show Americans that he was serious about homeland security.

After the explosion, there was a cloud of heavy smoke coming out of the government house.<br /> <br /> When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer, Sunday Abutu confirmed an explosion in the government house but promised to get back to newsmen on the incident. However, a statement from the Commissioner for Information and Civic Orientation, Mr Olumuyiwa Olomilua, confirmed that “ an explosion was reported earlier this morning at the Explosives Ordnance Disposal (EOD) office in Ado Ekiti.<br /> <br /> It added that “An initial on -the- spot assessment confirms that there are no casualties and the area is secured with no further threats. “Members of the public are advised to go about their normal duties”, the statement said.

And the drug sellers may be selling Tramadol and all these hard drugs to them,” he said.<br /> <a name='more' id="more"></a><br /> <br /> Okapo said that the communities were acting in ignorance and needed  all stakeholders to sensitise them to understand the implications of this attitude.<br /> <br /> He said that drug abuse led to increase in crime, adding that individuals in the communities should volunteer information that would help in reducing drug abuse menace in the state.<br /> <br /> Okapo said that youths addicted to drugs contributed to the high number of out-of-school drop outs as most of them depend on drugs to function daily.<br /> <br /> He said the command would deal with any person involved in hard drugs, adding that in 2019 the command removed about 845,034 kilograms of hard drugs from circulation in the state.

Nweze affirmed the concurrent decisions of the lower courts.<br /> <br /> Augie said, ‘according to the admitted evidence, I have no limitations in affirming the concurrent decisions of the lower courts and the appeal is hereby dismissed.<br /> <br /> She held that it was too late for the Abacha family to query the decision taken by the Federal Government of Nigeria in 1999.<br /> <br /> The accounts were frozen in the countries following mutual judicial assistance agreements entered with the countries by the Nigerian government during the administration of the then President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, in 1999.<br /> <br /> The Swiss government on Feb. 16, 2005, pledged to hand over the sum of 458 million dollars out of the 508 million dollars of the Abacha assets.<br /> <br /> The family prayed the lower court to declare the said grant by the government of Switzerland to transfer the family’s cash assets in their companies null and void and contrary to the African and United Nations Charter on Human Rights.<br /> <br /> The Abacha family also appealed to the decision of the Federal High Court, Kano at the Court of Appeal, Kaduna.<br /> <br /> But in its judgment on Dec. 15, 2009, the appellate court upheld the decision of the trial court and dismissed the appeal, a decision he again appealed to the Supreme Court, which the apex court also dismissed.<br /> <br /> Other members of the Supreme Court’s five-man panel that heard the appeal, Justices Olukayode Ariwoola, Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, Augie and Paul Galumje, all agreed with the lead judgment as written by Justice Nweze.

Joshua himself had suffered injustice and persecution over the years, noting that there were, however, a few things that she left out which, in his view, ought to have been included.<br /> <br /> “For example, the fact that Joshua had his American visa cancelled in 2014 as a result of wickedness, envy and intrigue after the horrific bombing of one of his Church buildings which sadly resulted in the death of many of his members.<br /> <br /> “It is sad to note that not one Church leader expressed his or her condolences or commiseration to the Church or the Prophet after this tragic incident despite the massive loss of life. Instead it was the leaders of the Muslim community in Nigeria, including the Sultan of Sokoto and many Emirs, that did so!<br /> <br /> “Sadly, as if that were not bad enough, it got even worse! Some heartless Church leaders went as far as to petition the American Embassy to cancel the Prophet’s American visa and used this terrible incident as their excuse and attempt to justify it!<br /> <br /> “They did this even though it was clear that the collapse of the building was not as a consequence of any wrongdoing on his part but rather as a result of a brutal act of pure evil and premeditated murder and terror by those who wanted him discredited and his Church closed down. It took the intervention of members of the American Congress, the State Department, numerous American Ambassadors, members of the American diplomatic corps and numerous American consular officials to resist the conspiracy and to ensure that his visa was restored,” he stated.<br /> <br /> Fani-Kayode said he spoke with T.B. Joshua after listening to Angela’s message last Sunday and asked him why it was that he did not expose all this to the public in 2014.<br /> <br /> “I also asked him why it is that he always keep quiet, refuses to defend himself and says nothing when faced with the unrelenting, shameful and relentless criticism, misrepresentation, false allegations, vilification and persecution that he has suffered from other Church leaders over the years.<br /> <br /> “This is all the more so given the fact that, in my view, such criticisms are borne out of nothing but pure envy. He told me that he believes in the unity of the Body of Christ and that he did not want the Church to be divided hence his silence over the years.<br /> <br /> “He kept emphasising the fact that in order for us to succeed as Christians in Nigeria and save souls there must be love between Christians and Church unity. I was moved by his words but I must confess that I was not too happy about them. The kind of insults, false allegations, fabrications and wickedness that this great man of God has been subjected to over the years by others is simply unacceptable and had he been a lesser man. it would have broken him.<br /> <br /> “If God had not been with him he would have fallen long ago but instead he is going from strength to strength and his ministry has had a greater impact than that of any other Nigerian preacher in the international community. From South America, to South East Asia, to the Korean peninsular, to Israel, to Europe, to Africa and to North America he is respected, revered and loved and his impact in terms of preaching and spreading the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ has been extraordinary and outstanding.<br /> <br /> “I have decided to write a book about this great man’s remarkable and inspiring life, his struggles, his challenges and the sort of things that he has been subjected to over the years very soon. I will also expose the fact that the blowing up of his SCOAN Church building in 2014 was one of Nigeria’s most heinous and terrible acts of terror and I shall expose those who I believe were behind it,” he said.<br /> <br /> According to Fani-Kayode, T.B. Joshua is a humble, gentle, reticent, forgiving, kind and patient man who refused to join issues with his detractors and enemies and who instead focused on the work that God had called him to do, adding that he respected him immensely but must confessed “that I do not share his disposition or inclination to say nothing when others seek to destroy and drag down. Olusegun Adeniyi, the Theatre Commander, Operation Lafiya Dole (OPLD), says the Boko Haram insurgents will never get hold of any part of Nigeria again.<br /> <br /> Adeniyi stated this while reviewing the progress of the ongoing counter-insurgency operation of the Nigerian Armed Forces in the northeast on Friday in Maiduguri.<br /> <br /> He said the military had succeeded in reducing the sect from the terrorist army they used to be, to mere criminals because of the defeat they suffered since 2015.<br /> <br /> <a name='more' id="more"></a><br /> <br /> The commander dismissed the insurgents’ attempt to retake any territory “as dream that will never come to pass for them”.<br /> <br /> According to him, Boko Haram had in 2013 transmuted from a terrorist group to a terrorist army sustaining intense attacks on towns, villages, communities, markets and military bases.<br /> <br /> “In 2015; immediately President Muhammadu Buhari assumed office he gave order that all military commands be relocated to Maiduguri.<br /> <br /> “It was only then that the military commenced attacks on the insurgents, recapturing the territories under the control of the terrorists numbering over 24 towns and villages,’’ he said.<br /> <br /> Adeniyi maintained that the insurgents had been defeated since 2017 and would remain so, adding that the current pockets of resurgent of the terrorist had an international dimension.<br /> <br /> He explained that the proliferation of arms in the Sahel, occasioned by the expulsion of armed militias from Libya created the opportunity for the terrorists to try to find their feet.<br /> <br /> According to him, the exodus of ISIS terrorists from the Middle East and subsequent alliance with a faction of Boko Haram through the Lake Chad region is another dimension.<br /> <br /> He reiterated that the military would continue to fight to ensure that ISIS did not have a foothold in the region like they succeeded in other countries.<br /> <br /> The commander noted the adoption of ‘Super Camp’ strategy had further compounded the problem of the insurgents, adding that the strategy had enabled the troops to have longer reach.<br /> <br /> He added that the army was well equipped and motivated to take the fight to the terrorists in their hidings, which resulted in successful operations.<br /> <br /> The commander stressed that there was no inch of the Nigerian territory that the army is contesting with Boko Haram insurgents.<br /> <br /> Adeniyi revealed further that the theatre command had commenced local production of Mines Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles in Maiduguri to meet their operational equipment requirements.<br /> <br /> He explained that the induction of Ezugwu MRAP in the theatre of operation by the engineer corps had enhanced local fabrication in Maiduguri.<br /> <br /> According to him, the MRAPs are 100 percent local content.

The amendment empowers INEC to deregister political parties that fail to win any seat in local and national elections.<br /> <br /> “INEC must go the whole hog by complying with Section 222 of the constitution which states that political parties that fail to render accounts of their detailed annual statement and analysis of their sources of funds and other assets with a similar statements of expenditure.<br /> <br /> “INEC must apply the law with equal force to the remaining 18 political parties. LG elections have not been held in 13 states. Since some of the political parties may still win LG elections the law is not ripe for implementation.<br /> <br /> “Section 224 says the programmes and manifestoes of political parties shall conform with the fundamental objectives and directive principles of state policy. The programmes and manifestoes of the APC and PDP are completely at variance with Chapter 2 of the Constitution. So why have they not being implementation?”<br /> <br /> But the Inter Party Advisory Council asked the independent National Electoral Commission to reverse its decision.<br /> <br /> The council’s National Legal Adviser, Chukwudi Ezeobika, made the position known in a statement.<br /> <br /> The statement read, “By the action purportedly taken by INEC, the council is of a firm view that INEC as an institution no longer has regards or respect for the rule of law in Nigeria and has lost the confidence of political parties in the political affairs of the nation.<br /> <br /> “The council hereby calls on INEC to immediately reverse the purported decision in order not to infringe on the rights of political parties as guaranteed under the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended).”

Williams, who undertook to produce him in court for his trial.<br /> <br /> The court adjourned till February 27 to rule on the defendant’s bail application.

As fake news that they are, the DSS wishes to dismiss them as non-existent and therefore describe them as figment of the imagination of their creators.<br /> <br /> “The illusive stories are merely designed by some zealots to instigate ethno-religious and political crises of violent and destructive dimensions across the country.<br /> <br /> “It has, however, become obvious that the main aim of engaging in these undesirable actions is to also undermine national security for the achievement of some ulterior goals.<br /> <br /> “The Service frowns at the continuous exploitation of social, religious and tribal differences by purveyors of doom to ignite extreme violent actions among the populace.<br /> <br /> “While security and law enforcement agencies are totally committed to sustain maximum efforts in ensuring public safety in the Nation, citizens are enjoined to disregard these deceitful reports that do not emanate from the Service and go about their normal businesses.<br /> <br /> “Considering that security is a collective responsibility of all and sundry, everyone is advised to be more committed in this regard and report suspicious persons to relevant security agencies nearest to them.<br /> <br /> “Meanwhile, the Service will continue to collaborate with sister agencies to ensure adequate protection for the people, government and critical infrastructure. I was a tailoring apprentice after my husband left us.<br /> <br /> “My mum was thrown out of the house because we could not afford to pay for rent,’’ she narrated.<br /> <br /> According to her, feeding became a serious problem, my siblings could not continue schooling and they dropped out of school.<br /> <br /> “No one was there for us. I had no alternative than to seek more opportunities outside when I was told that I could secure good jobs.<br /> <br /> “It was unfortunate that the so-called good jobs were meant to destroy our future. Most of our ladies are located in connection job while a handful in “Arabu” works.<br /> <br /> “Arabu work is like the job of a house maid which goes with unpleasant experience from torture to overworking into very late hours and waking up very early. The `connection job’ is like introducing ladies to prostitution.<br /> <br /> “ The worst of it all was that all efforts to raise money became fruitless as militants or police could burst into our houses, robbed us of our belongings and went away with everything we had worked for over there,’’ she said.<br /> <br /> According to her, trying to send something through a Nigerian, you have to part with the same amount you wish to send.<br /> <br /> She explained that a Nigerian would collect cash and asked his relation in Nigeria to send half of the amount to the person that the money was meant for,” she said.<br /> <br /> The returnee said: “I will never encourage anyone to embark on this type of perilous journey as it is just a waste of one’s life for the period spent on this type of journey. Though it was an experience but a very bad one.<br /> <br /> “I need assistance to start my life. My mother is better health wise and she is hawking pure water now.<br /> <br /> “I learnt IOM and other organisations are helping people like us.<br /> <br /> “ I want to complete my fashion designing apprenticeship but need to source for a means of feeding while I am under apprenticeship.”

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMogh0HqjNWNNNwSvx1TrNtQjunZRoou6tvB9S-cveUaY1BxirubSurBpqok7xwU3UI9hXC_-mwlvuBbpr7lXEZUsAT3xw62QKQkIA1WkClvCtZzLsji6rJDfIpeY7C2PRAznC_NTLFoo/s1600/the-senate.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="676" data-original-width="1200" height="225" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMogh0HqjNWNNNwSvx1TrNtQjunZRoou6tvB9S-cveUaY1BxirubSurBpqok7xwU3UI9hXC_-mwlvuBbpr7lXEZUsAT3xw62QKQkIA1WkClvCtZzLsji6rJDfIpeY7C2PRAznC_NTLFoo/s400/the-senate.jpg" width="400" /></a></div> <br /> The Senate on Thursday resolved to invite the Minister of Health, Osagie Emmanuel Ohanire, to brief the upper chamber on the preparedness of his ministry towards taking precautionary measures to stem a possible outbreak of the Coronavirus in Nigeria.<br /> <br /> This was even as the Senate charged the Nigerian Custom Service (NCS), to as a matter of urgency; introduce measures to stop the exportation of surgical face-masks from Nigeria to Asia and other countries affected by the dreaded Coronavirus.<br /> <br /> The upper chamber also urged the Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, Federal Ministry of Health, Nigerian Immigration Service and other relevant Government authorities to strengthen port health regulatory services in all entry ports across the country to check the outbreak of the virus in Nigeria.<br /> <br /> These formed part of resolutions adopted following consideration of a motion sponsored by Senator Ifeanyi Ubah (YPP – Anambra South) on Thursday.<br /> <a name='more' id="more"></a><br /> <br /> Presenting his motion, Ubah said, “Over the last three weeks, face-masks have become the most sought after commodity in Nigeria with over 100 million face-masks being unpatriotically exported to Asia using the Murtala Mohammed Airport and Port Harcourt International Airport.”<br /> <br /> The lawmaker disclosed that “the exportation of these face-masks have led to a surge in the market prices.”<br /> <br /> “As at 5th of November, 2019, stores that usually sell 1 piece of face-mask for N10 now sell it for N80, while a pack consisting of 50 pieces has now inflated from N500 to N3,000; with a carton consisting of 40 packs also inflated from N20,000 to N120,000.<br /> <br /> “It has now become a booming trade for illicit traders aided by airport officials in Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos and Port Harcourt International Airport to unpatriotically export face-masks to China, India and other affected countries,” Ubah lamented.<br /> <br /> He warned that unless something is done, Nigeria may soon be facing shortage of protective surgical face-masks, especially against the backdrop that “Nigeria is on the brink of an imminent outbreak given our massive population and frequency to travel.”<br /> <br /> The lawmaker further disclosed that “Chinese companies have sent their agents to scout for medical face-masks in Nigeria and other African countries”, adding that “India and other countries are mass producing the face-masks in order to curb this deadly trend.”<br /> <br /> He noted with concern that the World Health Organization has recorded 565 deaths with 28,276 cases of infected persons.<br /> <br /> “If proactive measures are not taken to checkmate borders, an imminent outbreak might occur in the same manner which an infected carrier immigrant from Liberia transferred Ebola disease to Nigeria in 2014,” Ubah warned.<br /> <br /> Consequently, the Senate urged the Nigerian Customs Service to impose strict penalties and heavy fines on anybody trying to export surgical face-masks within the period of the Coronavirus outbreak.<br /> <br /> The upper chamber also mandated the Health Ministry and other relevant agencies to launch a sensitization and awareness campaign in preventing an outbreak of the virus in Nigeria.

It should be noted that the FCT is the only part of the country where INEC is empowered by the constitution to conduct LG elections.<br /> <br /> “Consequently, the commission has determined that 18 political parties have fulfilled the requirements for existence based on Section 225A of the 1999 constitution (as amended).<br /> <br /> “Seventy-five political parties did not satisfy the requirements of the Fourth Alteration to the Constitution. However, one of the political parties, the Action Peoples Party, filed a suit and obtained an order restraining the commission from deregistering it. Consequently, the party remains registered pending the determination of the case by the court.<br /> <b><br /></b><b>Nigeria has 18 political parties – INEC chair</b><br /> <br /> “The new political party, Boot Party, registered by court order after the 2019 general elections will also continue to exist. Accordingly, 74 political parties are hereby deregistered. With this development, Nigeria now has 18 registered political parties. The list of the parties will be shared and will also be available on our website and social media platforms.”<br /> <br /> He also spoke on the governorship elections in Edo and Ondo states with a warning that stakeholders should embrace peace.<br /> <br /> Yakubu said, “The tenure of the governors of Edo and Ondo states will end on November 12, 2020 and February 24, 2021 respectively. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 178(2) of the 1999 constitution and Section 25(8) of the Electoral Act 2010, elections cannot hold earlier than 150 days and not later than 30 days before the expiration of the term of office of an incumbent governor.<br /> <b><br /></b><b>Edo gov election for September 19, Ondo October 10</b><br /> <br /> “Accordingly, the commission has fixed Saturday September 19, 2020 as the date for the governorship election in Edo State and Saturday October 10, 2020 for Ondo State.”<br /> <br /> He also said by-elections for vacant seats in Kwara, Niger and Kebbi state houses of assembly would be conducted on March 14.<br /> <br /> Yakubu reiterated the resolve of INEC to stand firm against acts capable of disrupting the elections.<br /> <br /> He warned politicians against snatching of election materials and other forms of violence during elections.<br /> <br /> Meanwhile, INEC’s decision to deregister 74 political parties attracted divergent reactions on Thursday.<br /> <br /> Some of the deregistered political parties, in separate interviews with newsmen vowed to challenge the commission in court.<br /> <b><br /></b><b>It’s sheer injustice, impunity – ANRP</b><br /> <br /> The National Chairman of the Abundant Nigeria Renewal Party, Tope Fasua, stated, “As much as INEC is used to being sued and now I believe it is all a big joke, we shall explore the legal option no matter how feeble it may seem. We shall do that, jointly and severally. This is sheer injustice, impunity, reckless, and a stab in the heart of honest young and not-so-young Nigerians who are tired of playing third class citizens in their own country, watching by the sidelines and arguing away on social media as their country pines away.<br /> <br /> “They have done nothing wrong by investing their sweat, tears and blood in their own beloved nation. Sacrifice to motherland can never be outlawed. And a people cannot be corralled by force into joining egbekegbe (bad parties) that they are not desirous of belonging to.”<br /> <br /> On his part, the National Chairman of the UPP, Chewas Okorie, said the party would meet over INEC’s decision.<br /> <br /> “We are waiting for their (INEC) letter to come so that we will convene our national leadership crisis meeting immediately to take a decision whether to challenge it,” he stated.<br /> <br /> But the acting National Chairman of Kowa Party, Mark Adebayo,in an interview with newsmen said, “What INEC has done is to tell Nigerians that if you don’t have enough means for vote- buying and you cannot compromise the electoral process, you cannot survive within the political environment of Nigeria.”<br /> <b><br /></b><b>We will challenge it in court – NCP chairman</b><br /> <br /> The NCP National Chairman, Yunusa Tanko, indicated that the party would challenge INEC in court.<br /> <br /> He stated, “We will challenge this decision in the court of law. At that point, I removed it from the cardless transaction and removed his ATM card.<br /> <br /> I got his ATM pin number when I was pretending to help him and later withdrew 678,000 from his account, using the ATM and PoS, just before I was arrested by the police,” he said.<br /> <br /> Aghama said he went to inform his bank, so that they could block it but was surprised that 20,000 was withdrawn from his account.<br /> <br /> He went back to the bank, but they did not block the ATM. He said a week later, his brother overseas paid about 600,000 into his account and the money was withdrawn by Adesina.

The best posture to alleviate shoulder pain is to sleep on your back.<br /> <br /> ” If you do not like sleeping on your back, try lying on the side that does not have shoulder pain. Draw your legs up into your chest and place a pillow between your knees,” she said.<br /> <br /> According to her, sleeping with hands under the head is also not a good idea since it promotes an unnatural position of the shoulder.<br /> <br /> The family physician explained that a person often suffers from back pain after waking up each morning, chances are that the individual must have been sleeping wrongly.<br /> <br /> “It is very important to maintain the normal curve of your spine. One way of ensuring this is not sleeping on a too soft mattress.<br /> <br /> “Although, this may sound counter-intuitive, sleeping on your back is probably the best position for you. Place a pillow under your knees to help restore the natural curve of the spine.<br /> <br /> “You can also try placing a small rolled-up towel under your back for additional support.<br /> <br /> “If you want to sleep on your side, try sleeping in the fetal position, which will keep your back naturally arched,” she said.<br /> <br /> Ajiya said that wrong sleeping position could cause neck pain, adding that it was important for the neck to be properly supported.<br /> <br /> According to her, sleeping on the back with a pillow under the head and a pillow under each arms is the best way to prevent neck pain.<br /> <br /> Ajayi, however, urged people with neck problems to choose orthopedic or roll pillows for best support.<br /> <br /> “If you absolutely love sleeping on your side, make sure your pillow is not too high; not more than six inches.<br /> <br /> “The height of your pillow should be the width of one shoulder to help keep your neck steady,” she said.
