OAU student who retweeted a 'death' tweet dies 5 days after

So, over the weekend, #50k Challenge became the joke of Twitter Naija after a twitter user, @MohForPresident put up a challenge for 50k to be won.

 Several people came up with different funny, positive and even negative things to say so people will avoid liking or retweeting their tweets to enable them win. The tweet below was one of the many negative ones.

A 300 level OAU student Jerry Ashiru, who despite the  warning, ignored the death threat and went ahead to retweet reportedly died in a car crash, 5 days later. Although 15 other people also retweeted, he's the only one that has been reported dead.

Jerry also participated in the challenge, saying he needs it for school fees as his school is resuming.
