The moves by the Post-Convention Reconciliation Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to reconcile aggrieved members of the party, especially those who stood for election in the recently held elective convention has suffered a set back, following the call for the nullification of the chairmanship contest by a former Minister of Sports and Youth Development, Professor Taoheed Adedoja.

Adedoja who contested the chairmanship position with Prince Uche Secondus, Professor Tunde Adeniran and High Chief Raymond Dokpesi told journalists in Abuja on Monday that his name was excluded on the ballot, making it impossible for delegates to vote for him at the convention.

According to him, his lawyer, Ricky Tarfa has already filed a suit before a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja to amongst others, declare null and void, the election of the national chairman of the PDP on 9 December 2017.
