Live coverage of Saraki’s trial barred
The Code of Conduct Tribunal has stopped the live coverage of the ongoing trial of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, who is facing a 13-count criminal charge bordering on false declaration of assets preferred against him.
In a report by Channels TV, the Tribunal barred all media outfits from broadcasting the proceedings, hence the News outfit discontinued its live coverage.
The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has arrived the Tribunal by 9:30 to face charges against him by the Code of Conduct Bureau.
At 11:44am Saraki pleaded not guilty on all the 13-count criminal charge bordering on false declaration of assets preferred against him.
