Jose Mourinho has launched another scathing attack against referees, this time in the Champions League, after Chelsea were denied a penalty in their 0-0 draw against Dynamo Kyiv.

Cesc Fabregas appeared to have been tripped inside the penalty area in the first-half but referee Damir Skomina waved away Chelsea's appeals and Mourinho afterwards branded the official "weak & naive".

The Premier League champions have dropped three points behind Group G leaders Porto following their stalemate draw in Ukraine and the Portuguese boss once again criticised the officials for failing to award his side.

"The referee was weak and naive," Mourinho boss told BT Sport.

"Big penalty [decision]. I don't know what the goal referee does becuase he doesn't make a clear decision too.

"When the result it 0-0 and such a penalty is not given, I think is a pivotal moment of the game."
