China to invest $10 Billion in Cross River — Ayade
Determined to industrialize the state, Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State, has said that arrangements have been concluded for Henan Province of China to commence construction of a $10 billion project in the state.
Similarly, a new China City would be built in Cross River State by the Henan Provincial Government.
Ayade, who stated this while answering questions from newsmen on arrival at the Margaret Ekpo International Airport, Calabar, said that the state would also witness the arrival of 100 investors from Henan who will set up various companies and industries in the state.
According to him, other team of investors would focus on various key projects, including huge agricultural investments, renewable energy, garment factory, hydro-power projects and seaport.
