On Thursday night, the social media was dominated with rumors of the death of former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke's death , however NE can confrim that she is alive and recovering from cancer-related ailment.
Sam Piranty, a journalist with BBC Africa also claimed that Diezani’s lawyer confirmed that she is alive.
“Diezani lawyer Oscar Onwudiwe says he has spoken to her husband and #diezani is indeed alive,” he posted on Twitter.
Also, a reliable source confirmed to NE that the the first female President of OPEC is not dead, she is however still battling Cancer.
