Acting President Yemi Osinbajo, has revealed that another Chibok school girl has been found. This development comes barely 12 days after 82 of the abducted school girls were released by Boko Haram members in exchange for some of their imprisoned commanders.
Osinbajo announced the new development during the Federal Executive Council meeting which he chaired Wednesday.
Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, confirmed the report. He says the Defense headquarters have confirmed that the girl has been found.
According to the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to acting President Yemi Osinbajo, Laolu Akande, the Chibok school girl who escaped from Boko Haram captivity yesterday is Mariam Mohammed-Isa. She is 15 years old and was a JSS 1 student.
