Nigerian economic problems will soon be over - Pastor Adeboye
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) worldwide, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has said that the economic challenges facing the country will soon be over as the days of waiting are over.
He said this at the special thanksgiving and prayer programme for mothers, pregnant women, single parents and their families organized by RCCG, Throne of Grace Parish, Ebute-Meta, Lagos.
The event, tagged ‘No More Waiting’, featured prayers, soul-lifting songs, Bible teachings and prophetic ministration.
He said that God remains the surest way out of any economic quagmire and is about to turn things around for good in Nigeria.
He stressed that the effort of man is good but limited and until we put our lives, families and the Nigerian economy into God’s hands, we will not experience a turnaround for good.
Adeboye stressed that any leader who relies on his sweat to find a solution to a challenge would labour in vain.
He said “the days of waiting can be very long and sickening but when God steps in, miracles ensue.”
Adeboye said if God could make pregnant women to be delivered safely and put smiles on the faces of their families, He is able to put an end to the economic challenges in the country.
He said: “When anyone focuses on God and believes that He has absolute power to control all things, only then would he be able to surmount every mountain and testify.”
