Bournemouth 2-1 Manchester United: Cherries increase the heat on Van Gaal
Manchester United slumped to their second defeat in four days as they were downed by newly promoted Bournemouth, who richly deserved a famous 2-1 victory.
After just two minutes Junior Stanislas opened the scoring with a curling corner, that eluded David De Gea and entered the net to the delight of the home crowd.
Marouane Fellaini restored parity with a scrambled finish, but Joshua King struck after the break after another well-worked corner to condemn the visitors, who could drop out of the top-four on Sunday if Tottenham take maximum points.
