The president of CSKA Moscow, Yevgeny Giner, on Friday said bigger clubs than the English Premier League side, Leicester City, will come for Nigeria skipper Ahmed Musa in the summer.

Leicester tabled an 18 million pounds bid for Musa in January and is reportedly ready to spend more in the summer to get CSKA Moscow star, africanFootball.com reports.

Manchester United has also been linked with the 23-year-old striker, whose release clause is estimated at 23 million pounds.

“Musa is a strong forward who can cover three positions and I’m sure that in the summer, there will be bigger clubs coming in for him,” Giner said.

The CSKA chief also revealed he blocked the Nigeriam star from moving last month because he is crucial to the team’s push for the Russian league title.

“We talked to Musa and he understood that he needed to finish the season with us because we stand a good chance of becoming champions,” he said.
