The Independent National Electoral Commission has extended voting time for polling zones that may be experiencing challenges.
The electoral umpire, INEC, extended voting time by the amount of lost hours at polling units where voting did not begin at the scheduled time of 8am.
NigerianEye gathered that some polling units had to wit till 12pm to commence the voting process, while in many other polling units, they are still yet to vote.
