There is no elections going on in some polling boots in Ezinihite Ward 16-11-12--022. Amaboshi (K22) polling unit.
The same was the situation at another three polling units in Mechanic Village near Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha's house.
The INEC officials came to the venue without presidential ballot papers and result sheet.
But the people refused to vote, saying, "No presidential ballot paper, no election."
