Las Palmas have signed midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng on a free transfer from his release from AC Milan, the Liga BBVA side confirmed on their official webpage.
Ghana international Boateng was released from his AC Milan contract at the end of the season after only six months back at the San Siro.
According to the Spanish side, the former Tottenham Hotspur man will be unveiled at 18h local time on Tuesday at the Estadio de Gran Canaria, with fans given free access to see the new boy in the flesh.
A statement released by the club confirms that Boateng has been handed a one-year contract, and the midfielder will be set to experience his fourth major European league, having previously featured in England, Germany and Italy.
The 29-year-old only returned to Milan in January after being released from his contract after an unhappy spell with Schalke, returning to the club where he won the Serie A title in 2011.
He moved to Spurs from Hertha Berlin in 2007, but struggled to establish himself at White Hart Lane before moving onto Portsmouth in 2009.
At Las Palmas, the Black Star will be charged with replacing Wakaso Mubarak, who spent last season on loan with the Amarillos.
